Separadores Ciclónicos
The Cyclonic Dust Separator takes advantage of centrifugal and gravitational force to remove dust from the airflow. The tangential inlet of the machine forces the air to spin inside the structure. The air flows in a helical pattern, starting from the top (the widest end) of the cyclone to the bottom (narrower) and ending in an ascending central flow that exits through the outlet tube (at the very top of the cyclone). The contained dust loses speed due to friction with the outer surface of the system and is separated thanks to the gravitational effect. The air exits through the central part corresponding to an inner duct which, by creating a vacuum, draws the air inside and lets it escape.
